Answer» my PC runs on Windows98 SE and when i try to restart in ms-dos mode, it will not go to dos mode and the monitor just STAYS blank the i've notice that the light on the floppy drive stay on. is there any conflict SOMEWHERE? have you played with the floppy drive? the floppy drive light stays on because the ribbon CABLE is attached wrong(upside down) or the floppy itself is faulty..disconnect the floppy if able to do so? caution is needed? and see if you can obtain dos mode.
