Solve : XP re-install problems?

Hi,

I have re-installed Windows XP from scratch but FIND that I have no Network adaptors or Monitor listings in my Systems/Device MANAGER listings.

Someone has suggested that the drivers for my MOTHERBOARD have not been loaded.

Can anyone offer any advice to RECTIFY PLEASE?
