8:30am 1st -dispatch shift ovr
8:30am to 12:30pm  <off-time for dispatcher
12:30pm-5:15pm <<2nd shift    Louie (Taxi   ) YELLS/ speaks softly: at his drivers and continues surfing all day.  Let's just say I am a news / surf  junkie.
