In a workplace, to maintain DECORUM ethical behavior is expected from the work colleagues as well as from that individual. SOMEONE who is RUDE, arrogant and indecent is hardly tolerated. Second issue is getting mental satisfaction from the kind of work you are doing. Since office is the second place you spend most of your time, and give in all your hard work and PASSION, it is very much important that you are getting promotion and well appreciated for the effort you are putting into, otherwise satisfaction doesn’t come from within.
