Two stones are thrown with same speed u at differentangles from ground in air. If both stones have samerange and height attained by them are h, andthen h, + h2 is equal to18.222g22(3) 3q4) 4g |

Answer» consider theeta to be 'q' here we know that the range of two projectiles projected at different angles is same when one of the projectile is projected at angle q and the other at ( 90- q ) so heigh of projectile 1 = u2sin2q/2g and height of the other projectile = u2sin2(90-q)/2g = u2cos2q/2g (since sin(90-q) = cosq ) so add the heights of both the projectiles u2/2g ( sin2q + cos2q) = u2/2g ( since cos2q + sin2q = 1 ) so option number two is correct |
