What is the main difference between (dt) delta time and (triangle time )......in physics....?? |
|
Answer» Answer: DELTA dt refers to DIFFERENTIATION of the QUANTITY.It means that the the quantity would be differentiated with RESPECT to anotger quantity. While∆t refers to change.(It's a greek alphabet which literally is symbolic if change) It means that ∆t will tell you the change in time over a certain period. Like the example here initial time 3:20 and final time 5:40 so the chnge in time is demonstrated by ∆t between the two times=5:40-3:20=340min-200min=140m hence ∆t i.e. change in time is =140m The same applies for ∆v or ∆ d Hope it cleared all your doubts and if there are still some doubts then comment about it and I will update the answer accordingly to ckear your further doubts. |
