Answer» Election department appoints a Booth Level Officer (B.L.O.) who gives a form to a new candidate. The candidate fills the form, attaches some required documents like Adhar card etc. and then hard over to B.L.O. After that voter identity card is issued and the name of new candidate is included in the voters list. |
