1.	What is your role as a team member?
Answer» I LIKE to lead and motivate others and I am an active team player. I can COLLABORATE with the team members and if GIVEN a CHANCE to lead, I can accomplish the goals. By keeping a motivational and light environment, I can try to get the team focused on the given WORK. Hence, the objectives of the project can be achieved.
