The correct CHOICE is (B) Nickel-Chromium steel

To explain I WOULD say: Inlet valves are made of Nickel-Chromium steel and EXHAUST valves are made of Silicon-Chromium steel. In heavy-duty ENGINES, the valves are made by chromium-vanadium steel.
