Which option is used to print a mail merge document

The user can use the following OPTION to print a mail merge DOCUMENT:

  • In the Toolbar Mailings tab, select the Finish GROUP, click Finish & Merge, and then click Print Documents.
  • To "print all the documents", click All option.
  • To print the "merge document that viewed in the window", click the CURRENT record.
  • To print a merge document range, click From option, and then enter the record NUMBER in the From and To input boxes.
