Which would required greater force weather to accelerating a 16 gm mass at 5m/s^2 Or accelerating 20 gm mass with 2m/^s2 |
Answer» GIVEN:-
To Find:-
Solution:-Firstly we convert the mass of body in kg 1kg = 1000 Gram. Mass of 1st body = 16/1000kg = 0.016Kg Mass of 2nd body = 20/1000 = 0.002Kg Now, Force for 1st body ⟹ Force = Mass × Acceleration Put the value which is given above ⟹ F = 0.016×5 ⟹ F = 0.08N ∴ Force required for 1st body = 0.08N .....(i) Now Force required for 2nd body ⟹F = m'×a' ⟹ F = 0.002×2 ⟹F = 0.004 N ∴ Force required for 2nd body = 0.004N. ...(ii) From 1st and 2nd case we get The greater force required for 1st body . |
