Why do objects waver when seen on a really hot day? |
|
Answer» Normally our eyes are not able to see the movement of air but we feel it. When air is heated up, it acquires heat energy and becomes hot, the cold air rushes to push the hot air up. This is really happening and due to this objects are seen as wavering or haizy. This is otherwise called as mirage, an optical illusion. |
