Answer» Whenever I came to Starbucks, I get the best SERVICES along with the product. This makes me motivated to REPRESENT such an organization. Also, the other best thing about the company is the way they care for their employees. I have heard about the benefits they provide to their staff who works for TWENTY hours a week. The benefits include health insurance, stocks, free COFFEES, and much more. When an organization provides this KINDA treatment or care to their staff, then employees also do their best for the company and gives the best customer service to the people.
