Answer» With the passage of time many changes have come in election process. Major of them are the use of EVM and then use of WPAT. Previously, large amount of paper was used in elections for ballot papers but now EVM are in use and a voter can cast his/her vote by simply pressing a key/button of EVM. Further the WPAT machine keeps the evidence of voting and thus the voting process have become more transparent in comparison to past. |
