when we have given data as in FORM of on one column we have class interval and another we have frequency . Than we DRAW a histogram .Height interval140 - 160160 -180180 - 200200 -220Frequency2841

When we have data in SIMPLE form  , we draw bar graph 

But generally there is mentioned draw histogram or bar graph . As some time data could be similar in both form  .
