THEREFORE, it even led to one moderate REFORMERS talk about revolutions. ii. During the reign of the Tsar Nicholas II, the general public including the workers and farmers had no say in the government whereas the privileged class had got special rights. The situation had collapsed to a level that even the Liberals crampaigned to end this state of affairs.
