Answer:

Good MORNING to all my RESPECTED teachers principal sir principal madam and all my dear friends my name is (name) of class class today I stand before you to give a short speech about the topic importance of true sportsmanship.

Sportsmanship MAINLY refers to virtues such as fairness, self-control, courage, and persistence, and has been associated with interpersonal concepts of treating others and being treated fairly, maintaining self-control if dealing with others, and respect for both authority and opponents.

Good sportsmanship builds teamwork, character, and TEACHES respect, honor, discipline, kindness, inclusion, resilience, perseverance, and more. The benefits of good sportsmanship are many. When kids enjoy active play, they look forward to sports and exercise as a chance to make new friends and develop new skills. It also built a trust between you & your friends and also with your teammates. It shows a good spirit and responsibilities towards you and your teammates. Short composition of 150 words topic is.if I were the class teacher of my class

Answer»

Answer:

If I Were The Class Teacher Of My Class

Explanation:

The most difficult task for any teacher is to make his/her lessons interesting for his/her students. Every teacher will have his/her own creative approach to involve his/her students in the class. If I were an Teacher, I would be an epitome and an embodiment.

Students are often made to read Shakespeare and other classics, which are extremely hard to understand and QUITE boring, even for some adults. Although works of literature like 'Romeo and Juliet' and 'Pride and Prejudice' are wonderfully written, and should definitely be read at some point of time, kids of the 21st century find it hard to appreciate literature that was written over 100 years ago. This gives many teachers the wrong idea that all kids just hate reading in general. But this isn't true. In fact, a lot of middle-and high-schoolers really enjoy books by JK Rowling, Rick Riordan, Agatha Christie, Jeffery Archer, Eoin Colfer, Anthony Hotowitz, etc. Books by Agatha Christie and Arthur Conan Doyle aren't exactly what you would call 'modern', but they are widely. popular among teenagers today. So what I'm saying is, give US books more of this century, and plots with more action, and our VOCABULARY will INCREASE ten-fold.

A lot of students find it extremely hard to do any form of creative writing. But what if you give them topics that they really love and are passionate about? Why not let a passionate cricket-lover write bout the advantages of a twenty-over match COMPARED to a fifty-over one, instead of a biography on Mahatma Gandhi? Or why not ask a fashion-lover to write an article for the Vogue instead of giving her a book report on Wuthering Heights? Slowly, but surely, students will start developing an interest in creative writing and then they will get to a point where they can write about anything, however boring the topic might be.

If I were an teacher, I'd teach my students grammar the fun and interactive way.

Grammar is a student's worst dread; it is right up there with math and history. The main reason that students find the English grammar part of their paper so difficult and confusing is because spoken English is so much different from written English. The only way to ensure that students have a flawless vocabulary is to make them read, read, and did I mention, read? The more they are exposed to English, the more natural grammar seems. And making them read books they enjoy will make the process easier. I personally believe that reading Wren and Martin overnight or doing pages of exercise on grammar will not make one a good speaker/writer. Wrong grammar can ruin a wonderful essay or a brilliant speech. It is extremely important that students know their grammar before they leave school.

Maybe it's time for a change. Maybe English should be taught to students so they enjoy it and feel more involved in it, because I know, and a lot of you do too, that English is one of the most interesting subjects. We just need to help everyone else figure that out.

Write a short composition of about 150 words on the following topic. a railway journey

Answer»

Answer:

my Experience of Journey by Train

I have always been an avid supporter of train journeys. My involvement with train journeys began in childhood. I live in Lucknow and from here I have undertaken many train journeys. Furthermore, since childhood, I have paid several visits to the hill STATION of Almora to meet my relatives. Almora is a hill station located in the state of Uttarakhand. Most noteworthy, Almora is situated in the Himalayan mountain region. Due to this, trains cannot travel directly to Almora. Consequently, Kathgodam is the last town station accessible by trains before the mountain range begins.

The trip from Lucknow to kathgodam is quite a lively experience. I have always ensured the reservation of my seats beforehand. So, my train journey begins from Lucknow railway station. As the train undergoes motion and leaves the Lucknow railway station, my excitement begins to rise. Moreover, as the train gathers SPEED, a thrilling feeling overtakes me.

My train journey from Lucknow to Kathgodam is PROBABLY 8-10 hours duration. However, I enjoy every minute of it in spite of the journey being so long. Furthermore, all along the journey, one can purchase items of food and drinks. I almost always purchase meals and REFRESHMENTS at least twice in the journey.

When slumber overtakes me, I make use of the sleeping berth. I personally find sleeping on the train berth very comfortable. When I wake after a deep sleep, mountains are visible from a distance. Moreover, as the train approaches Kathgodam with menacing speed, the view of mountains gets bigger and bigger. Also, my amusement greatly rises as I see the Himalayas draw closer. Finally, as the train stops at Kathgodam, my delightful train journey comes to an

Comfort is one of the biggest advantages of a train journey. Most noteworthy, one can move freely in a train cabin. Furthermore, in trains, there is a possibility of an AMPLE foot room. Moreover, trains offer comfortable sleeping berths. All of this makes the train journey a relaxing experience.

Beautiful sightseeing is another noteworthy benefit of train journeys. As the train travels, one can enjoy the views of the countryside, farms, forests, factories, etc. This makes train journeys more comprehensive than journeys by air or road.
