What is the term impediments in Scrum?
As we knows the impediments means "Something that makes it difficult for a person". Same in Agile impediments are the issued or obstacles faced by any of the scrum team which will slow down the work or its speed. And if something that will trying to block the scrum team from their getting work "Done" then it is an impediment. And the form of impediment can by of any type. To understand this we have some of given below impediments:-

Can you explain term Epic, UserStory and Task in scrum?
Below are the DEFINITION of Epic, UserStory and task as given below:-

(1)Epic:-An epic contains a large body of work. It is a large story which can be broken down into number of smaller stories. This is also possible that it will take many sprints to complete an epic.

(2)UserStory:-We can say this a story or an UserStory. This story is a SOFTWARE SYSTEM requirement which is expressed in a few short sentences, ideally using non-technical LANGUAGE. And this can be generally estimated in story POINTS.

(3)Task:-Here task is samllest unit in all above term. A task is a unit of work contained within a story. This is estimated in hours.
