Which menu is used to locate in enclopedia for phrases

Answer»

An encyclopedia (American English), encyclopædia, or encyclopaedia (British English) is a reference work or compendium providing summaries of knowledge either from all branches or from a particular FIELD or discipline.[1] Encyclopedias are divided into articles or entries that are often arranged alphabetically by article name[2] and sometimes by thematic categories. Encyclopedia entries are LONGER and more detailed than those in most dictionaries.[2] GENERALLY speaking, unlike dictionary entries—which focus on linguistic INFORMATION about words, such as their etymology, meaning, pronunciation, use, and grammatical forms—encyclopedia articles focus on factual information concerning the subject named in the article's title.[3][4][5][6]

Which is the most reliable snp validation technique?

Answer»

yone,I would be interested in your opinion about most widely USED metrics to assess genetic diversity, PARTICULARLY when considering markers specific features.Expected heterozygosity, allelic richness and privates alleles are common in microsatellites-based STUDIES for example. It seems He/Ho and nucleotide diversity are widely used for high-density SNP data, haplotype diversity providing additional information if GBS is used. However when working with medium density dataset (~100 SNP) without any knowledge about the genome and no sequence data, I FEEL like classical measures like He or polymorphism rates might be tricky to compare, for example if I want to compare genetic diversity between two geographic regions. I am afraid to be lacking of statistical power, especially when number of individuals in a location is ALSO low;Would you have any idea/personally recommand a particular approach to this end ? Could you recommand any paper about study of genetic diversity of SNP aside from HTS ?I thank you very much for your question and wish you a very nice day :)@chetan2222.

What is power generation "ratio" of different power plant?

Answer»

ionA power plant is an industrial facility used to generate electric power with the help of one or more generators which converts different energysources into electric power.Electricity is a secondary energy SOURCE, which means that electricity is obtained from the conversion of other primary sources of energy, such as coal, natural gas, nuclear, solar, or windenergy. The energy sources used to make electricity can be renewable or non-renewable, but electricity itself is neither renewable or non-renewable. The power plant is the location in which the energy conversions take place.Traditionally, large power plants have been located in sub-urban regions away from cities, as they need a vast area of land and sometimes water. All electricity produced in a power plant is alternating current (AC). The type of electric current found in your home is direct current (DC)[1].  In general, power plants can be divided into two categories - conventional and non-conventional power plants.Conventional power plants are[2]:Fossil fuel power plants: Generates electric power by burning fossil fuels LIKE coal, natural gas or diesel.Nuclear power plants: Controlled nuclear reaction is maintained to generate electricity.Hydroelectric power plants: Electricity is produced by building dams on suitable rivers.Non-conventional power plants are:Wind power plants: The kinetic energy of wind is used to create power.Solar power plants: Generates power by collecting solarradiation.Geothermal power plants: Uses the natural heat found in the deep levels of the earth to generate electricity.Biomass power plants: Natural organic matter is burnt to produce electricity.ContextEach power plant technology has advantages and disadvantages. For example, nuclear power plants provide large QUANTITIES of reliable power with low levels of greenhouse gas emissions. Fossil fuel power plants deliver on-demand, CONSISTENT and reliable energy when the resources are available. Hydro, solar and windpower plants generate renewable electricity, thereby delivering emissions-free electricity.[3] To find out more about the advantages of disadvantages of each power plant type, visit the RESPECTIVE generation source topic page.thank you @chetan2222

What are the triggers for product process and systems?

Answer»

tResearches on product development SINCE 1970s have discussed many aspects. However, none of them clearly describes the relationship between product development activities and product success, the final goal of a business. This paper presents the development of a theoretical FRAMEWORK of the way product development affects product success. The result of a meta-analysis study prior to this study shows that product development is one of the five variables proven to influence product success (r = 0.32). Based on this result, a theoretical framework is DEVELOPED through five stages. First, relationship between product development and four other variables is evaluated. Through an evaluation on some established models of product development process and a meta-analysis study, three variables, i.e. product characteristic, technological advanced, and management, could be assumed to be inseparable from and closely related to the product development process (0.57 ≤ r ≤ 0.64), while one other variable, market environment, is externally driven and still separated. Second, product development scheme is defined to cover the three variables mentioned above. A meta-analysis study is conducted and the result shows that product development scheme significantly affects the product success (r = 0.31). The model then is restructured into a model of the relationship between product success and the two REMAINING variables. Third, five sub-variables of product development process, as the elements of product development scheme, is developed based on a mostly referred model and some cases in Indonesia. Forth, a meta-analysis study on the relationship between product success and the five sub-variables is done (0.30 ≤ r ≤ 0.38). Finally, a theoretical framework to model the relationship of product success and product development scheme is developed, as a part of further study.thank you @chetan2222

A named location on a web page?

Answer»

age (ALSO written as webpage) is a document that is suitable for the WORLD Wide Web and web browsers. A web browser displays a web page on a MONITOR or mobile device. The web page usually means what is visible, but the term may also refer to a computer file, usually written in HTML or a comparablemarkup language. Web browsers coordinate various web resource elements for the written web page, such as style sheets, scripts, and images, to present the web page. Typical web pages provide hypertext that includes anavigation bar or a sidebar menu linking toother web pages via hyperlinks, often referred to as links. On a network, a web browser can retrieve a web page from a remote web SERVER. The web server may restrict access to a private network such as a corporate intranet. The web browser uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) to make such requests to theweb server.A static web page is delivered exactly as stored, as web content in the web server's file system. In contrast, a dynamic web page is generated by a web application, usually driven by server-side software. Dynamic web pages HELP the browser (the client) to enhance the web page through user input to the server.

21550.

What are the different strategies of oss licensing?

Answer»

imization strategy is an open source manifestation of Clayton Christensen's "law of conservation of modularity." In the OSS APPLICATION of Christensen's law, one layer of a software stack is "modular and conformable," ALLOWING adjacent software layers to be "optimized." The modular and conformable layers are commodities, and are unprofitable or only marginally profitable software businesses. The Linux operating system is an example. The disruption caused by a modular and conformable operating system such as Linux serves to erode margins for other operating system vendors like Sun, Wind River, and Microsoft. Winners under Christensen's law are the adjacent, interdependent layers of the software stack, the layers where applications are optimized to achieve greater VALUE, and where, correspondingly, better PRICING power exists. Oracle provides an example of an optimized adjacent layer, as an ROI assessment by Mainstay PARTNERS illustrates.
