The distribution of Earthquakes and volcanoes are strongly associated with plate boundaries because Earthquakes means shaking of Earth's crust and the Earth's crust is made up of PLATES. In other way, volcano is a vent or opening on the Earth's crust from where the fiery hot magma erupts. SINCE, volcano is also associated with Earth's crust, it must be associated with plate.

ACTUAL FACT :-
All the Earthquakes and VOLCANIC ACTIVITIES take place near the surface of plate boundaries. The plate boundaries develop a LINE of fracture or fault which is the main cause of Volcanoes and Earthquake and thus they are associated with plate boundaries.

Because when ever MIGRATION of human occurs then many literate and illiterate people GET to go so it can be useful as WELL as harmful because when literate people go then the economy of a country is effected and when illiterate people go they always act as BOON because they re not of any USE and do not collaborate in any works
