How does a person becomes a god?( Step by step) |
Answer» Answer: How can a man become a god? I am guessing you have read this pervasive Mormon (LDS) Philosophy by LeGrand Richards “As Man is, God once was. As God is, Man may become” somewhere. This “unique” philosophy, though not “scripture” in the LDS Church, is every bit quoted as any other philosophy within the church. While this philosophy is unique amongst “christian” churches, it is not an original concept, having been discussed for hundreds of years in various organisations. Compare this to Jesus reported sayings “If a SON shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?” Then consider Arthur C Clarke’s sayings “Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from Magic” The idea of a God being a generous “sponsor” of his “children” makes a lot of sense. So, at what STAGE would a loving parent deny any benefit from their “children” ? For starters, modern man is already a “God” compared to the Kings and Queens of only 200 years ago. I can watch the weather across the whole world in seconds, I can see the wars and armies around the whole world as posted in say Youtube. I can gain insight into the lives and behaviours of most of the worlds leaders and government officials. I can talk to any of my family, anywhere around the world in seconds, and send them money in hours across the continents. Modern man is altering the whole climate and geography of the whole planet. When I had my eye operation to restore my sight - it wasn't a miracle LIKE reportedly Jesus performed, it was just $2,000 to a good Opthamologist. I can TRAVEL to anywhere in the world in days, for relatively little money. I can send my opinion to hundreds of thousands of people around the world in ten seconds. We are on the edge of understanding aging, travelling in space etc. It seems anything we can investigate, we can do. So why couldn't there be “God(s)” as a person who has learned and developed over hundreds and thousands of years, and what else could he/she/they want except to encourage other intelligent beings to be the wise, powerful and kind entities that would be an asset to the Universe ? Proof ? None I can THINK of. Statistical probability ? Well, after over 40 billion years, and over one hundred billion Galaxies with three times as many planets , maybe not impossible |

Answer» Answer: Cultural INSTITUTIONS in India, particularly those of patrilineality (INHERITANCE through male DESCENDANTS) and patrilocality (married couples living with or near the HUSBAND’s parents), play a central role in perpetuating gender inequality and ideas about gender-appropriate behaviour. A culturally ingrained parental preference for sons — EMANATING from their importance as caregivers for parents in old age — is linked to poorer consequences for daughters. |

0. Patterns of unequal access to social resourcesare commonly called social inequality. List anythree examples of social inequality and explain. |
Answer» Answer: Social inequality occurs when resources in a given society are distributed unevenly, typically through norms of ALLOCATION, that engender specific PATTERNS along lines of socially defined categories of persons. It is the differentiation preference of access of social goods in the society brought about by power, religion, kinship, prestige, race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, and class. Social inequality usually implies to the lack of equality of outcome, but may alternatively be conceptualized in terms of the lack of equality of access to opportunity.[1] The social rights include labor market, the source of income, health care, and freedom of speech, education, political representation, and participation.[2] Social inequality linked to economic inequality, usually described on the basis of the unequal distribution of income or wealth, is a frequently studied TYPE of social inequality. Although the disciplines of economics and sociology generally use different theoretical approaches to examine and explain economic inequality, both fields are actively involved in researching this inequality. HOWEVER, social and natural resources other than purely economic resources are also unevenly distributed in most societies and may contribute to social status. Norms of allocation can also affect the distribution of rights and privileges, social power, access to public goods such as education or the judicial system, adequate housing, transportation, credit and FINANCIAL servi |

Prepare a five minutes speech on socialexclusion.• |
Answer» Answer: Social exclusion is a FORM of DISCRIMINATION. It OCCURS when people are wholly or partially excluded from participating in the economic, social and political life of their community, based on their belonging to a certain social class, category or group. In India, social exclusion occurs on the basis of identities including caste, ethnicity, religion, gender and disability. The three features of social exclusion :Social exclusion as a concept has three distinguishable features: 1.It involves culturally-defined social categories, with associated cultural perceptions, values and norms that shape social interaction. 2.It is embedded in social relations. 3.It affects people’s rights and entitlements, denying them the opportunities they need to attain and maintain a universally acceptable standard of living and to fulfil their potential. Social exclusion and poverty Social exclusion has an undeniable impact on the poverty status of socially excluded communities. Those who belong to socially excluded groups are not affected by a lack of resources ‘just like’ the rest of the poor. They face particular discrimination in gaining access to these resources. For example, there may be a clean water PUMP in a village but those who are socially excluded may not be allowed access to it. Because social exclusion locks people out of the benefits of development, denying them opportunities, choices and a voice to claim their rights, it causes greater levels of poverty. Hope it help you.... Stay Tuned....(✿^‿^)(•‿•) |
