`PE^(1)` = mgh 1 = ( 10h + 1)
`10h^(1)` = (10 h + 1)
10 `(h^(1) - h) = 1`
`(h^(1) - h) = 1/10`. If body is on the GROUND h = 0 then `h^(1) = 0.1` m
