| Answer» As we all know that India is a federal country. the power sharing arrangements in India is Federal in nature. The Indian Constitution provide a three tier or level of power distribution.1. Union List- defence, Foreign Affairs, banking, communication and currency.2. State List- police, trade ,commerce, agriculture and irrigation.3. Concurrent List- education ,forest ,trade unions, education and marriage. | |
