Answer» It is the process of enlarging people\'s choice as well as raising the level if well being so that they can lead a purposeful n creative life : It is a ‘Human-centred’ approach towards development which focuses on people. It is concerned with the people and their well being, their needs, choice and aspirations. Its purpose is to create such conditions of life which may help them to develop to their own genius.
