"Development for one may not be development for the other". Justify it.

Answer» From development people looks at diffrent things. What may be development for one may not be development for other .People can have conflicting and diffrent goals of development. For example :-1) Opening of big shops on local places may be development for people living there but it can be harmful for small shopkeepers there.2)Construction of dams may be fruitfull for the farmers, industrialists etc but it is not good for the people displaced by it.
Different persons have different developmantal goals and two, what may be development for one may not be Developemant for the other.it may even be distructive for the other. For example, to get mare electricity, industrialists may want more dams. But this may submerge the land and disturbe the lives of people who are displaced-such as tribals.they might resent this and may prefer small check dams or tanks to irrigate their land................................................
The establishment of dam leads to infrastructural development but many people gone out of villagers hence it may not be development for adivasis and tribals
As we know that the people\'s development is phisicaly or economically. So if a person is developing in any of the condition it is the only development of the single individual while others aren\'t able to get profit from it.
