Answer» When two or more parties come together before elections to contest election, these parties are known as alliance and when a single party become unable to get majority in the election then two or more parties come together to form coalition after the election When two or more parties combine to contest elections before the election ,it is called an alliance government. if their alliance is elected then they form coalition government and thus share power. When no party was won in the elections then two or more parties combine to form coalition government. When two or more parties combine to form as a single government before the elections is called alliance Alliance formed before elections and coalition after the election Coalition govt. is formed by joining many parties while alliance govt. is formed by single party |
