Answer» Thanks gaurav It\'s a mixture of both as the narrator himself is a veterionary surgeon and has narrated the story.So,it is a real life episode but when starts to enjoying the items sent by Mrs. Pumphrey like eggs,brandy,wine,etc. it seems to be a merely fiction as it can\'t be happen in our real life.So,it\'s a mixture of both. |
