In\xa0Italy\xa0Kingdom of Sardinia led by Count Cavour was the leading power and it became Kingdom of\xa0Italy\xa0in in 1861.\xa0During the 1930s both\xa0Italy\xa0and\xa0Germany had\xa0governments that were fascist dictatorships.\xa0Italy\xa0was run by Benito Mussolini, and\xa0Germany\xa0was governed by Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party.
