1.	Explain why a solution of cane sugar doesnot conduct electricity where as a solutionof sodium chloride is a good conductor.
Answer» Solution : Solution of cane sugar comprises of sugarmolecules only. It does not contain ions hence does not CONDUCT ELECTRICITY whereas solution of sodium chloride SPLITS into ions. These ions make sodium chloride a good conductor of electricity.
