| Answer» Go east movement was started during early 20th century. Vietnamese students went in Japan to acquire Modern education. They established league for restoration of Vietnam in Japan .They asked Japanese to help them in getting independence as being fellow asians .But ministry of internal affairs clamped on them. They exiled all of them including phan boi chau. | |
