How would you handle special requests from customers?

In such scenarios, I will have a discussion with customers to know more about their special requests, like why they need it and for what REASONS. And I am PRETTY SURE they have no issues in sharing that information with me. After listening to the customer's request, I will look at my END. If this is something that I can address, then I will be PLEASED to accept their offer.
