Do medetation daily for 15 to 20 minutes and then u can concentrate on your study and u may watch BKP channel vedio on YouTube. Ok di When i start studying my mind get diverted towards something else. So study by making points jab tak interest nhi hoga yaad nhi hoga I cannot make small notes and it is very difficult to answer those questions which we have to justify. Make small notes and just read them daily once a while |
