Answer» SOLUTION :(i) When silver nitrate solution is ADDED to sodium CHLORIDE solution, a WHITE precipitate of silver chloride is formed along with sodium nitrate solution.  `AgNO_(3)(aq)+NaCl(aq)rarrunderset(("white ppt."))(AgCl(s))+NaNO_(3)(aq)` (ii) This is double DISPLACEMENT reaction.  |
