In the figure ∠ABC = ∠ADC and AB = AD.Prove that A BCD is an isosceles triangle?

AB = AD

∴ ∆ ABD is an isosceles triangle.

∴ ∠ABD = ∠ADB

It is given that ∠ABC = ∠ADC

∴ ∠CBD = ∠CDB

∴ CD = CB

∴ ∆ BCD is an isosceles triangle.
