1.	Prove that if both pairs of opposite sides of a quadrilateral are equal, then it is a parallelogram.
Answer» When the diagonal of a quadrilateral with equal opposite sides is drawn, we get two equal triangles. The angels opposite to the diagonal in the triangles are equal. That is the opposite sides and angles in the quadrilateral are equal. So the quadrilateral is a parallelogram.
