Is we cannot use black pen in board exams even to highlight ?

1.	Is we cannot use black pen in board exams even to highlight ?
Answer» No you can not use the black pens in the boards examination for underlining the things because it leads to wastage of time . And there is big role of time management in board examination . Instead of using blacks pen you can use sketch pen . But according to my opinion it is not essential to underline anything because teachers wants the perfection in your writing and in your content not in decorating the answer sheet.
