| Answer» SOLUTION :Lymph is a light yellow viscousfluid which is formed by PASSAGE of some fluid from blood capillaries into intercellular spaces in the tissuesthrough the pores presentin the walls of capillaries. Lymph is similar to the plasma of bloodbut contains very less protein . Lymph is specialised to collect tissue secretions whichcannot pass directly intoblood e.g., hormones, plasma, PROTEINS form liver, fats formintestine. It also carrieswaste productsand drains EXCESS fluid from extra cellular space back into the blood. | |
