Short note on Count Camillo de Cavour |
| Answer» Count Camillo de cavour was a political leader who was born on 1st of August,1910. His main aim was to free Italy. He believed in free trade. He was founder of original Italian party. He had faith in public right of opinion and secular rule and was a liberal. So on becoming chief minister of piedmont Sardinia on 4th of Nov 1852 he strengthened the kingdom reform taxation and established currency and improved railway system. On March 1861 he was declared as prime minister of Italy. He made considerable efforts for the creation of a modern Italian state but unfortunately he died only three months after the declaration of a united Italy on 6th of June 1861 | |
