Solve : “0x80070643” error, when trying to install Anti virus? |

Answer» This is my inlaws Computer. tried to set up MSE on it... got this message. tried all the FIXES.. "MS repair kits.. re-installed .Net 1.1 etc... no go. Tried Different AV.. same deal. ANY idea, of what is causing this? It's an HP Win 7 machine... NEVER used on the internet... I DID install, all the Windows updates it was lacking.... since it had never been online.
