Answer» I had to reformat and reinstall everything....everything seems to be working except a newer external HARD drive that is usb 2.0....worked fine before SYSTEM crashed...if I GO into the driver folder on the cd that CAME with the system..there is a driver for usb 2.0....can I just replace the old file in the windows folder with the file on the cd? or will that screw up more things?An external HDD should not require DRIVERS...try it on another Port. |
