i'm TRYING to install the holidays update for my 2002 outlook and when i DOWNLOAD the file and try to install it i GET the error MESSAGE "the expected version of this product was not found on your system."
i'm confused because i definetly have 2002 outlook and it's just not working.

i was hoping someone here could help me.Have you installed Office XP Service Pack 3 ? Which OPERATING system are you using anyway? Have you read the installation instructions?

i tried to install the service pack and it gave me the same error.
i did read the instructions for the install but that didnt work.
i am running windows XP
