Are Windows Program Mgr and File Mgr available for newer platforms?  The last time I used it was on Millenium.a2little, How old are you?
Have you been asleep for 13 YEARS?1. Today, Program Manager has little practical USE BEYOND compatibility with pre-Windows 95 programs. However you can install it from one of these installation CDs: Windows 2000, XP Original Release or SP1. Expand it by typing this at the command prompt (replacing D: with the CD-ROM drive letter):

expand -r D:\i386\progman.ex_ %Windir%

2. To run File Manager natively under Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 or Windows 7 you need COMMCTRL.DLL and other necessary DLLS. You can download an MSI installer that installs these and a modified version of Fileman.exe here:
