Answer» I like the 3D flip of Windows Vista.
But for the rest I think its best to wait till SP2 COMES out.
Now My QUESTION is: Can't I just DOWNLOAD a program (freeware) that does the same thing as Windows 3D flip?

This includes the toolbar,Pointers,Welcome screen, Sidebar,Aero Style,...
But NOT the most new thing: 3D Flip.Have you searched Google Jep but can't find such programs.
I had hoped that someone of this forum knew such program.Well I don't know any program...hang tight and there and someone might know...The best I can think of is a Powertoy called Alt-Tab replacement, which replaces the standard Alt-Tab images with a screenshot of the program.Yes I know this one but I would like to keep my usual alt tap and just have a SPECIAL incon on the menu Quick launch. Like Vista.
