Answer» My harddrive crashed a few months ago and I had a new one installed. My IT GUY told me I could transfer all the information off the OLD drive to the new one. At this point I'm trying to transfer a file from TurboTax and it keeps telling me access denied . I'm so confused I really need this file. Also all of the pictures that are on this drive will not open. Any IDEAS on how to fix this??I'm assuming you are USING XP, so here is all you need to KNOW: |
