Answer» Hello! My laptop refuses to play DVD movies. It will load up GAME dvds and even cds but not movies. I put a movie in, it sounds LIKE it is loading then it stops and it never shows up in MyComputer... I am completely confused. It is not only one movie, it is all movies. How can it read every other dvd/cd and not movies? Is there anything I can do? Thanks!What movie PLAYING software are you using? EXAMPLE:I use PowerDVD.
