Answer» We were donated an old computer by Everest Schools at our In Action Shelter" ( a registered charitable organization.) ,however we can not ACCESS the change programs or the admin access programs so we can install new programs. How can we circumvent these passwords in order gain access?Usually donated stuff can be a real hassle to work with. The best thing I've FOUND to do (and I've worked for several charitable organizations) is to WIPE and reinstall the OS, making sure you have drivers for all the software.
