Answer» Hello, I have a dog magazine online and have been using GoLive5 on Windows 2000 to prepare the page layouts in printed magazine style. I have just bought a new computer and UPGRADED my GoLive5 to GoLive CS2, running on Windows XP Pro and Firefox 2. I have just finished the NEXT issue and it is ready to make accessible except for one thing - the pictures disappear from view when I upload. I have sometimes had a problem with pics not appearing in the old program when uploaded if I have put the pics in the wrong folder, but this time that is not the problem as I have checked it three times. I know it is probably something I am doing wrong as I am as yet unfamiliar with the CS2 version, and wonder if it can be something to do with the character encodings? Or would that have no effect on pictures? I use Ipswich FTP Pro to upload - could there perhaps be a compatibility problem? I am running out of things to try and am certainly no expert! Can anyone help or point me in the right direction? I tried comparing the page source FILES in the old and new versions and they seemed to be completely different. Thanks - Ziggy I am in the strange position of having found a solution to the above problem but am still in NEED of advice. The 'source' code of my pages revealed that the images were sourced to my C drive instead of a 'virtual' drive that can be viewed on the website. What do I do to make the photoshop CS2 images import to my page layouts as 'virtual' (the source file would need to drop the first part of the address as my C drive)? Second, the source files also SHOWED that the meta tags are being integrated with the page source files - either I will have to stop them doing that, or open my page template as an inserted/included document - how do I do that? - Ziggy
