When i go to or click on the color picker the color spectrum thing is all goofy LIKE in this image.

What do you mean by goofy? I do not see anything wrong in that PICTURE apart from the somewhat bizzare colours, but these are most likely your own doing.

You can reconfigure the colour schematics by doing the following:

1. Right click on the Desktop
2. SELECT properties
3. Appearance tab
