What do you mean by goofy? I do not see anything wrong in that PICTURE apart from the somewhat bizzare colours, but these are most likely your own doing.
You can reconfigure the colour schematics by doing the following:
1. Right click on the Desktop 2. SELECT properties 3. Appearance tab isnt the box on the left with the colors supposed to be shades of a color and the verticle bar on the right supposed to be the color spectrum?the bars are fine but isnt the box on the left with the colors supposed to be shades of a color and the verticle bar on the right supposed to be the color spectrum?There was a certain key configuration to press in order to reset Adobe Photoshop to the default settings, however, I have forgotten what it was.
