I can’t CHANGE the margins.

In the page setup window, the margins section is gray.

Does anyone one know how to change the margins in Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0?

Thanks I don't know.

But if you just want to REPOSITION your IMAGE, you can do that through the Print Preview page. It'll allow you to SCALE and position your pic any way you like, so it's kinda like being ABLE to change the margins.
