I downloaded these programs as suggested by this site: CCleaner, AVG 8.5, SUPERANTISPYWARE, and Maleware's Anti-malware. are these programs the only programs I should be running? I heard good things about a PROGRAM called Advanced System Care. Should I DOWNLOAD that as well or do I not need it? Which program is it similar too if I already have ONE that does the same thing.   Are the programs I have good enough?Anything suggested here is tried and true and should be ADEQUATE...
I can't remember anyone recommending ACS and i'd advise staying well clear of it based on what i've seen...

  patio, you're a scream.  I used to recommend Advanced System Care, but this last version...it's too slick.  They went for looks, and now I'm not exactly sure what it's doing when you choose an option.  I mean, yes, it can be read, but it's not as straightforward as it used to be.  I'm no longer comfortable recommending it.
